How to Use
Creating a Ticket Panel
  1. Invite the bot to your server with admin permissions
  2. Set up your server with the correct IDs
  3. Use the /ticket_panel command in the desired channel
  4. The bot will post an embed with a dropdown menu
  5. Users can select a category to create a ticket
Managing Tickets

Once a ticket is created:

  • The bot creates a new channel in the configured category
  • The appropriate designer team is notified
  • Staff can manage the ticket status
  • Transcripts can be generated when closed
Note: Make sure the bot has the necessary permissions in your Discord server:
  • Manage Channels
  • Manage Roles
  • Send Messages
  • Read Message History
